The Hardy Loc 200 Standing Seam Panel is a mechanically seamed roofing system engineered for maximum weather resistance on low-slope applications. Unlike Hardy Snap and Hardy Clip profiles, this 2″ mechanical lock standing seam panel is secured with clips and seamed in the field using a manual or power seaming tool, creating either a single-lock or double-lock seam.
This mechanical seaming process allows the Hardy Loc 200 to perform on extremely low roof pitches, with installation possible down to 2:12 when double-seamed, making it an ideal solution for low-slope residential and commercial roofs where watertight performance is critical.
The Hardy Loc 200 is built for function over form. While not intended as a decorative or architectural “beauty” panel, it delivers exceptional durability and protection, offering a clean, industrial appearance well suited for homes or commercial buildings that prioritize performance on low or near-flat roof designs.
