I ordered foam closure strips for metal roofing. For some reason I only received 1/2 of the order. I called the company, explained what occurred and was told I would receive a call back. A representative spoke with me later and said the additional strips were in the mail. The timely response allowed me to finish the job by the established deadline. Very professional response.
